Pricing

Your cloud team, priced to your footprint.

One Managed engagement, three sizes. A named engineer, AI agents, and SLAs that match the scale of what you run. Pick the tier that fits your in-scope AWS spend.

Lite

~$5,000/mo

In-scope AWS spend ≤ $50K/mo

Right-sized for early-stage and small teams. We take the cost, security, and incident-ops work off your plate so you can ship product.

Book a call
  • ~20 hrs/mo named engineer capacity
  • 2-business-day response SLA
  • IAN platform included
  • 3-month minimum, then monthly
Most popular

Standard

~$7,000/mo

In-scope AWS spend $50K–$250K/mo

Where most mid-market teams land. Cost, reliability, security, and compliance owned end-to-end. Faster response, more engineer hours, room to grow.

Book a discovery call
  • ~30 hrs/mo named engineer capacity
  • 1-business-day response SLA
  • Cost, reliability, security, compliance owned
  • Approval gates + audit trail on every action
  • 3-month minimum, then monthly

Scale

~$15,000/mo

In-scope AWS spend $250K+/mo

Heavy footprint, multi-account, real on-call needs. Senior engineer on point, fastest SLA, and policy controls on every capability tier.

Book a call
  • ~60 hrs/mo named engineer capacity
  • 4-hour response SLA
  • Multi-account + SSO / SAML / KMS
  • Custom SLAs available

Bigger footprint or multi-cloud? Book a call — we scope custom engagements above Scale.

ROI

Offsets $450K–$1.6M of operational labor per year

A mid-market platform team of 3–8 engineers at $150K–$200K fully loaded spends 40%+ of its capacity on cost reviews, security audits, incident triage, and resource ops. IAN handles that work continuously — and surfaces the waste they were too stretched to catch.

Our first paying customer offsets ~1 junior platform engineer plus ~$40K of identified AWS waste in the first 90 days. Most customers hit multiple-of-spend ROI by month three, and the savings compound as their cloud footprint grows.

Pricing questions

What's included in Managed?

We run your cloud for you. A named IAN engineer owns cost, reliability, security, and compliance work — backed by IAN's AI agents as the toolchain. Pricing scales with what you run in scope (more services and accounts → more to operate). Replaces much of the labor of a small platform team.

How is Managed priced?

Managed tiers are sized primarily by operational scale in your in-scope AWS accounts — we use combined monthly AWS spend as a practical proxy for how much there is to run and analyze. More footprint means more work, so pricing steps from Lite (~$5,000/mo, ~≤$50K/mo AWS spend, ~20 hrs/mo, 2-business-day response) through Standard (~$7,000/mo, ~$50K–$250K/mo, ~30 hrs/mo, 1-business-day response) to Scale (~$15,000/mo, ~$250K+/mo, ~60 hrs/mo, 4-hour response). Exact tier confirmed on the call.

What does the engagement look like?

3-month minimum, then month-to-month. You get a named engineer, a shared workspace, agreed response SLAs, and weekly working sessions. We onboard against your existing cloud — no rip-and-replace.

Are model / AI costs included?

Yes. Inference costs are included in your tier — your monthly bill is what you pay. BYOK (bring your own model provider keys for Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) is available as an enterprise option if you already have model contracts and want to keep that spend on your existing procurement; we'll deduct it from your tier accordingly. Either way, no surprise model bills.

What are capability tiers, pricing-wise?

Observe (read-only audits and analysis), Operate (deploys, tags, reversible remediation), and Administer (org, billing, IAM, policy). You choose which tiers are enabled per cloud account and per team. We typically start with Observe during onboarding and add Operate once trust is established.

How do you handle enterprise procurement and SOC 2?

Built for it from day one: immutable audit trail, approval gates on every capability tier, scoped IAM, KMS-encrypted credentials, separation-of-duties on Administer-tier actions. SOC 2 Type I is on the near-term roadmap; evidence collection is automated by the security agent.

What happens if you don't want agents to act on your cloud?

We can run in Observe-only mode. Agents watch, audit, and report; they don't execute changes. You can enable Operate tier on a per-account basis once you're comfortable. Every material action is either auto-executed inside an approved policy or hits an explicit approval gate.

What clouds are supported today?

AWS is live in production with 38+ operations across cost, security, resources, events, and deployments. GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, and on-prem are the next adapters on the roadmap.
